Introducing the Maeve Flared Pants. Crafted with buttery, sculpting fabric, they deliver an insanely flattering fit that hugs in all the right places. The elevated color adds a refined touch, while two deep side pockets bring everyday ease—perfect for any occasion.
Designed with a mid-waist that comfortably covers the belly button. Model is 5’8” (173 cm), wearing size S—fit appears slightly more cropped due to a longer torso.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Important: A valid email address must be provided at checkout to help us locate your order number.

If an item has been tried on, it must be returned free of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, pet hair, or any stains. Returns that do not meet these criteria—or include final sale items—will be issued store credit only.

How to Return

To initiate a return, sign in to your Customer Account, select the order for your return, and click the "Request return" button. Select the items and reason for the return, then click "Request return" to submit the request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, initiate an exchange/return request via your Customer Account and:

  • Select the appropriate return reason
  • Upload a brief description and clear photos of the issue
  • Include an image of the care tag (found inside the garment)

If your request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label; that shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned:

  • International orders
  • Intimates, bodysuits, and all accessories
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Exchanges are available for the same item and style only.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
