Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more.
What are shipping timeframes based on?
All shipping timeframes are based on business days, including standard, priority, and express shipping.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items with tags still attached. View our Returns & Exchanges policy page for full details.
Do you offer free returns/exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer free returns or exchanges. After submitting a return/exchange via your customer account, you will receive an email with a return label. A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund or charged at the time of exchange.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! Simply contact us at support@bonbonfit.co, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Why is my item “not available for return”?
Final sale items and socks are not eligible for returns. Orders returned after the 14-day window are also not eligible.
How long does it take for my credit card to be refunded after a return?
After your return is processed, it can take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear on your card. If it has not appeared after 10 business days, please email us at support@bonbonfit.co.
Can I return an item purchased on sale or with a discount code?
Certain sale collections and discount codes are final sale.
Are original shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
How do I return an order placed through TikTok?
Orders placed via TikTok must be returned directly through TikTok—our return portal cannot process these orders.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page for accurate sizing. If you’re between sizes, especially for activewear sets, we recommend sizing up.
